It is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to each distinguished guest present today, including our esteemed students, honored invitees, and renowned speakers.
Newstead Makmond Company, a leading real estate and construction firm, proudly presents Makmond University of Realtors, established to address the industry's shortage of skilled professionals and empower youths with comprehensive knowledge and practical support to excel in the real estate sector within the South East and Nigeria at large.
Today, we gather to celebrate the outstanding achievement of our inaugural students, who have successfully completed 8 and 12-week intensive training programs in real estate marketing and strategic planning. Our commitment as an institution is unwavering: to educate, train, and support our youths in realizing their full potential. The real estate industry offers unparalleled opportunities for individuals to rise from humble beginnings to prominence.
Our student body comprises accomplished professionals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared passion for real estate. We confidently anticipate that, armed with the expertise gained through our programs, our graduates will drive transformative change within the industry as we all know that the change we sought for in Enugu State and beyond will first start from you and I as individuals.
The management and staff of Newstead Makmond Company and Makmond University of Realtors express heartfelt gratitude to God Almighty for guiding us throughout this journey and look forward to continued growth, as prophesied in scripture, that the glory of the latter house shall surpass the former.
It is worthy of note that this is not a graduation out of the company, rather a graduation into the circle of the Makmond Group as a recognised consultant of this great institution.
